Pepper's 15YO is a homage to the legendary Spirit of yesteryear, made by one of KY's first Bourbon aristocrats. To re-launch this gem, original bottles were analyzed and old recipes unearthed, all to re-create Colonel's Whiskey. James E. Pepper 1776 15-Year-Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a full-bodied time machine with notes of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, and dark chocolate.
