Three friends took a trip to Jalisco, Mexico, to find the finest Tequila one could get. It was in 2018 that two brothers ― Maurice and Elliot Tebele of Fu**Jerry and Jerry Media fame ― finally launched their Tequila brand with their childhood friend Martin Hoffstein. The trip wasn’t just a huge success in terms of finding an extraordinary Tequila, it was also full of laughter and celebration, so they named their brand JAJA, which is Spanish for "haha".

The three friends found a distillery that employs traditional processes and is also environmentally friendly. JAJA tequila begins with a blend of quality blue Weber agaves from the Highlands and Lowlands of Jalisco. These are harvested at around 7 to 8 years of age, cut, and cooked for 32 hours in brick ovens. Distilled three times in copper-lined pot stills using volcanic water, it's this triple distillation that makes their Tequila extra smooth.

Jaja Tequila Añejo is a small-batch Tequila. It’s made from a combo of Highland and Lowland 100% Agave Azul and water from Tequila Volcano. It was aged for two years in ex-American Whiskey casks, which was just enough for a well-balanced and full-bodied Spirit. There’s no added artificial flavors or sweeteners but plenty of natural flavors of vanilla, honey, almond, and oak. Neat, on the rocks, in a Margarita; it's up to you!
