Founded in 2020, Isolation Proof was born in a wooden barn in the Western Catskills. The team had a mission to make something sustainable that you could touch, smell, taste, and share during special moments. They set on Gin. A Spirit-forward cross between a London Dry and New American style Gin, to be more exact. A farm distillery, their production process is intentionally low intervention, which means there’s no chill filtering for example. They honor the natural minerality in their spring water and the temperature fluctuations in their uninsulated barn. More than 80% of the raw ingredients are sourced from New York State, including the base Spirit.

Isolation Proof Winter Gin is a limited-edition twist on their core expression. Isolation Proof Gin is made entirely from whey and for winter, the Isolation Proof guys infused it with loose-leaf Earl Grey tea, raw honey from the bee hives at their distillery in the Catskills, and their mineral rich spring water that comes from the hillside behind their barn.
