Sometimes a blend comes along that has it all. Guys at Ian Macleod have done just that with this Blend. They’ve elegantly put together just the right flavors that represent Island and Speyside Whisky.

Ian Macleod is a big name in the Whisky industry game and this blend brings us their best of blending. Put together the mellowness of Speyside and a twist of Talisker give it some extra rest together in oak barrels and you get this creation. Smoky almost salty with sweet on top this is really is a Blend that has much to offer.

Appearance / Color

Pale straw.

Nose / Aroma / Smell

Grains come out first. Later lots of vanilla, oakiness and honey. Evocative and extraodinary!

Flavor / Taste / Palate

Light smoke is the song you hear in the background. There is spiciness, caramel, some citrus and even char hum along the main tune.

Finish

Sweet and salty with some oily feeling to it.
