With roots dating back to 1825, the original Hamer distillery in Lawrence County earned a reputation for exceptional whiskey, and this rum-finished bourbon preserves that legacy. Crafted from a 99% corn, 1% malted barley mash bill—true to the family’s recipe—this bourbon matures for over four years in #4 char American oak barrels before being transferred to Caribbean rum casks for an additional 1–2 years. The result is a high-corn bourbon that blends the warmth of rum spices with rich bourbon depth.
