A Japanese Whisky Rises From the Ashes
Hinotori, meaning "Phoenix," celebrates the distillery's 70th anniversary and triumphant return. This 5-year-old blend of grain and malt whisky from Honshu island is aged in new American white oak. The nose offers oak, spice, and orchard fruit. On the palate, you'll find sweet oakiness with a touch of spice and brine, leading to a medium-long finish with a hint of nuts. It's a comeback story you can taste.
