Clocking in at 92.6 proof, Hillrock Pinot Noir Finish Solera Aged Bourbon Whiskey was aged in the Solera of Hillrock and Oloroso Sherry casks and then caressed with finesse in fine Shea Vineyard Willamette Valley Pinot Noir wine casks. The multi-barrel aging of this copper amber Whiskey shows off a burst of ripe fruit aromas—ripe cherries, blackberries and plums, and sweet desserts like taffy and crème brûlée. The palate has sweet toffee, vanilla notes, and a lingering rye spice finish.
