The Highland Park 21 Year Old 2020 Release doubles down on the wild factor (or in this case, triples down) by throwing down a wild marriage of flavors using three different casks: first-fill Sherry-seasoned European oak, first-fill Bourbon casks, and refill casks. The wild trio comes together in a harmonious union of flavors like tangy fresh ginger and sun-ripened oranges, Sherry, soft vanilla cream, and a drizzle of honey with hints of lightly toasted oak to soften the Whisky’s smoky, spicy complexity.
