The taste generally resembles a fruity character composed of orange, marmelade, plums, apple, pear and citrus. Older blends have Mizunara notes, with traces of chocolate and coffee. Hibiki has 4 different expressions, Japanese Harmony, 12YO, 17YO and 21YO.
