Hibiki 30 Years Old is a highly-collectible and coveted blend of Yamazaki Malt Whiskies and mild Grain Whiskies that had spent at least three decades maturing in oak.
Those lucky enough to try it say it’s an explosion of luxury with notes of apricots, figs, cedar, cinnamon, and Mizunara. Need extra proof? Hibiki 30 Years Old was awarded at the ISC thrice and was dubbed ‘World’s Best Blended Whisky’ at the WWA twice in a row. A prototype of Japanese craftsmanship if ever there was one.
