The big push with this product was to demonstrate how Jim Beam was able to get a decent bourbon to Market sooner than anyone else after prohibition ended. Allegedly, this whiskey uses a similar process to get a more developed bourbon flavor after only a short aging period. Unfortunately, the result is that this is basically just a Jim Beam product. It's a novelty, but it is not worth nearly as much as the sticker price. Track it down at s whiskey bar and try it first if you're curious, but this is not a bottle anyone needs to own.
