Some not funny, top-notch premium stuff from a funny guy.
Meet Kevin Hart’s Gran Coramino Tequila. You might know Hart for his jokes but let us tell you, nothing about his Tequila is funny. Hart partnered with Juan Domingo Beckmann who is an 11th generation distiller to create an ultra-premium Spirit that could compete with the top-notch stuff. Juan Domingo oversees everything from planting, selecting, and harvesting the finest blue Weber agaves from family-owned fields. Then, he and his family distill and age the Tequila at La Rojeña Distillery in Tequila, Mexico. By the by, that’s also the oldest distillery in Latinn America that’s been making Spirits for over 225 years. Not so funny, huh?
Gran Coramino Tequila Reposado Cristalino is aged in Eastern European oak barrels and finished in Californian Cabernet casks. But then, it’s also filtered to achieve flawless clarity and smoothness. The full-bodied flavors of cooked agave, vanilla bean, dark berries, and light spice are all still very much there, however. Bottled at a decent 80 proof, sip this one neat, on the rocks, or sure, make your favorite cocktail.
