Glenfarclas 1964 Family Cask Summer 2014 Release

Sherry casks have been one of the cornerstones of Glenfarclas, beautifully embodied in their Family Cask range. In summer 2014, they released this extremely rare and refined expression that was put in Sherry Butt #4730 in 1964. It was left there to mature for four long decades before it yielded 192 bottles.

The Scotch within has 48.3% ABV and boasts a lush smokey character with a harmony of floral, fruity, and spicy notes.
