Distilled on Long Island, this high-rye bourbon is double pot distilled and aged for at least four years in salt-air-kissed rickhouses. With a mash bill of 60% field corn, 33% winter rye, and 7% malted barley, it boasts a 100 proof (50% ABV) punch. Expect a symphony of lemon preserves, vanilla caramel, and toasted nuts, with a finish that whispers of maritime brine. It's a bourbon that sails beyond the ordinary.
