Meet the Elijah Craig Ryder Cup 2025 Limited Edition, a Kentucky Straight Bourbon with a twist. This 94-proof beauty is finished with toasted sugar maple and applewood staves, a tribute to New York's state tree and 'The Big Apple.' With a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, it delivers a unique flavor profile. Expect rich caramel, sweet maple, and baked apple notes, all wrapped in a warm, smooth finish. It's a true champion, just like the tournament it celebrates.
It is available in a few special production single-barrel releases and some exclusive long-aged versions, but the 12YO is the core of the Elijah Craig line.
It is complex, rich and toasty on the nose, with a full flavor profile of ripe apple and sweet Madeira Wine complimenting the vanilla and spice. The finish is creamy-smooth with toasted oak and a tad of maple.
