Elijah Craig 9 Year Old Single Barrel Member Select is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon that hits the sweet spot at 124.2 proof. Drawn from Barrel Serial #6752193, this 9-year-old juice is crafted with a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley—resulting in a rich, full-bodied bourbon that’s a true flavor symphony. It delivers notes of candied nuts, dark caramel, and baking spices on the nose. The palate follows through with caramel, roasted oak, and dried cherry, while the long, spice-driven finish leaves a warm trail of lingering fruit essence.

Elijah Craig Bourbon is the flagship premium spirit coming out of the Heaven Hill Distillery. The name comes from one of the god-fathers of Kentucky Whiskey-making, the Reverend Elijah Craig who devised a few production improvements back in the 1700s.

It is available in a few special production single-barrel releases and some exclusive long-aged versions, but the 12YO is the core of the Elijah Craig line.

It is complex, rich and toasty on the nose, with a full flavor profile of ripe apple and sweet Madeira Wine complimenting the vanilla and spice. The finish is creamy-smooth with toasted oak and a tad of maple.
