Elijah Craig: Aged to Perfection

Elijah Craig 15 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon is a masterclass in aged perfection. Each bottle is drawn from a single, handpicked barrel, ensuring a unique character. This Bourbon is a symphony of dark fruit, figs, and a whisper of roses. The palate dances with roasted nuts, toasted oak, and caramelized sugar, culminating in a rich Crème Brûlée finish with a warm embrace of ginger and cloves. It's a Bourbon that wears its age with pride.

Elijah Craig Bourbon is the flagship premium spirit coming out of the Heaven Hill Distillery. The name comes from one of the god-fathers of Kentucky Whiskey-making, the Reverend Elijah Craig who devised a few production improvements back in the 1700s.

It is available in a few special production single-barrel releases and some exclusive long-aged versions, but the 12YO is the core of the Elijah Craig line.

It is complex, rich and toasty on the nose, with a full flavor profile of ripe apple and sweet Madeira Wine complimenting the vanilla and spice. The finish is creamy-smooth with toasted oak and a tad of maple.
