Carefully handmade at the historic El Viejito Distillery in Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco, Mexico, these guys truly respect the time-honored Tequila-making traditions and support the small local farms. The ultra-premium El Bandido Tequila is made from 100% fine blue weber agave and it’s totally additive-free: not a lot of Tequila brands out there can show you proof of that but El Bandido adheres to the Tequila Matchmaker’s Confirmed Additive-Free program. El Bandido Yankee Reposado was aged to perfection in American oak ex-Bourbon barrels. The barrels were stripped and then recharred to really enhance those flavors. The result is a sophisticated Reposado with warm agave flavors and tasty hints of toasted oak that mingle with herbal and vanilla flavors. Amazing Repo

This Reposado is agave forward with notes of citrus peel, cinnamon, and almond. Super smooth and will work great on the rocks or in a cocktail. It's worth a purchase

I’m honestly confused by thi...

I’m honestly confused by this tequila lol. Smells like agave, tastes like agave, but then the agave morphs in your mouth into something subtle but herbal and warm. I also can’t help but feel like the flavor changes every time I pour a new glass. So far I like it best on the rocks because I get more of the subtle notes unlocked but the chill imparted by the ice helps lock down the already present sweetness of the agave. Worth a try!
