This lightly peated gem showcases craft mastery, maturing in bourbon, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez casks before a luxurious ex-Grande Champagne Cognac finish. Expect warming notes of gentle peat, candied grape, and apricot, with juicy yellow fruit and sweet floral peat on the palate, plus a whisper of biscuit undertones. Decadent, rich, and with smoked shortbread charm, it’s a toast-worthy highlight at 46.5% ABV.
