The aroma is well-balanced with sweet / spicy / herbal — a little nasal symphony that to us smells like roasted butternut squash with a balsamic drizzle.
Flavor / Taste / Palate
The flavor profile builds on the aromas with the roasted squash notes rising out of the glass, but this time with a hint of earthy Aleppo chilis and a dash of salt next to flame grilled pineapple.

The long smooth finish is where the spiciness builds up and shine.
