Helps the native bees!

On the nose, very clean top shelf tequila with hints of citrus oil and a little bit of smoke. Very low ethanol fumes, and Crystal clear in the glass.

On the tongue, big minerality characteristics with through notes of grapefruit, mesquite and spiced honey. Straight up, almost no burn at 45% and the it leaves a little tingle on the inside of my lips that's very pleasant.

I'm a fan of traditional sotol and I've never tried flavored versions, but this is a fantastic spirit that I will probably order again. I'm excited to try it in cocktails because despite it being very clean and clear, there should be enough flavor to carry through.

Plus, Desert Door is committing money for every bottle sold to help bring back native bee populations, so this is a win-win bottle for me
