It might come in the cool shiny skull but it’s really about the Vodka inside...
Crystal Head Vodka was created by Dan Ackroyd and the artist who designed the super cool glass skull it comes in, John Alexander. Why a skull? Well, it’s a symbol for life, reflection of power, and enlightenment; all of which these two guys seem to like. The liquid inside is produced by Globefill Inc. in Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada without any additives — which is more than you could say for a lot of Vodkas out there… It’s also filtered 7 (!!) times through Herkimer diamonds, which are not actual diamonds but double-terminated quarts crystals found around the Herkimer County in New York and the Mohawk River Valley. Anyway, they make the Vodka extra, extra smooth.
Crystal Head Aurora Vodka is dedicated to the aurora borealis, hence, the iridescent skull that changes color depending on the angle. It’s made from the finest English wheat and the pristine water from Newfoundland in Canada. Exceptionally smooth and pure, it’s been distilled 5 times and the final 3 filtrations (out of 7) go through the Herkimer diamond stones. Prepare for wonderfully delicate, floral, warm, and gently sweet notes to come out of this glass skull...
