True American Brandy from Louisville, KY.

Up in the northern part of Louisville, KY, right next to the Ohio River and a shout away from Indiana, there's a picturesque neighborhood called Butchertown. It used to be home to butchers, brawlers and brewers, today it houses artists, artisans and distillers. One of them is a bold distillery of Copper & King American Brandy Company. They produce American Brandy, Absinthe and Gin.

This bottle of American Brandy is a celebration of patience as it must be aged for at least two years, no shortcuts. Copper & Kings sources pot-distilled Brandy stock from various distillers and goes full "solera" on it: 90% ages in former Kentucky Bourbon barrels, while 10% reaches its maturity in new medium-char American oak casks. Real character and depth of flavor bring out the true American authentic and natural style. This Spirit is a trickster as one would easily think they drink a fruit-forward Bourbon. But it's all breathtakingly bold Brandy from Butchertown.
