Crafted by Cooperstown Distillery, a brand renowned for its artisanal distilling practices, this whiskey is made from 100% local New York malted barley. It’s aged for a minimum of two years in new American oak barrels, and then finished for at least six months in hand-selected ex-Sherry casks, adding a sophisticated touch to this premium single malt.

With rich and complex flavors, this expression offers notes of praline, candied apple, and a satisfying burnt almond finish. It’s a classy American Single Malt that can rival some of the most elite Scotch Whiskies, yet retains its distinctly American character.
