Cooperstown Distillery, renowned for its artisanal approach, uses only the finest ingredients sourced from 100% New York State grains. This particular blend boasts a high corn mash bill of 80% corn, with 20% rye and barley, expertly blended and aged in both new charred oak and used bourbon barrels, before receiving its final touch in French oak.

This limited-edition whiskey offers a rich, velvety mouthfeel with flavors that resonate on the palate.
