Compass Box, the Scottish artisanal Whisky maker has become a shorthand for adventure and mouth-watering stunts. They create custom barrels from premium oak, pick the best Whiskies their specially trained goats can find, and concoct mind-boggling blends. We’re joking about the goats, obviously. Founded in 2000 by John Glaser, Johnnie Walker’s former Mad Man, the company constantly pushes the envelope, so to speak.

Then, one day, Tim from Paris called John and asked him if he could create something very special. You know Tim – the one from Juveniles Bistrot a Vins from the 1st arrondissement, the hangout for writers, winemakers, Spirits creators and hedonists.
