Buzzard’s Roost Signature Double Oak Straight Bourbon is a masterpiece of maturation. Aged in oak barrels, it undergoes a secondary finish in proprietary casks, adding layers of depth and complexity. With a robust 50% ABV, this bourbon boasts warm, nutty aromas and a palate rich with vanilla, roasted almonds, and a hint of cinnamon. Awarded GOLD at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, it's a testament to innovative craftsmanship.
Buzzard’s Roost Spirits, born in 2019, is the brainchild of Judy Hollis Jones and Jason Brauner, who met over a barrel pick and decided to craft a bourbon brand that stands out. Nestled in the heart of bourbon country, they teamed up with Independent Stave Company to create proprietary barrels, using Char #1 and seasoning the oak for 18 months. Their unique toast profiles bring out rare flavors, making each sip a delightful adventure.
