In partnership with the Chicago Rabbinical Council (cRc), Buffalo Trace presents its Kosher Rye Recipe Bourbon Whiskey. Crafted from the choicest grains, this distinct Spirit is aged in barrels that are as kosher as your Bubbe's matzo ball soup. To meet Passover requirements, these barrels were sold to a non-Jewish executive in a ceremony overseen by a cRc representative. After seven years of aging, this 94-proof Rye Recipe Bourbon was bottled, ensuring it remained kosher. Released annually after Passover, this Bourbon is a true simcha, embodying the bold and independent spirit of America's oldest continually-operating distillery.
