Lovers of the peated tipples rejoice. This one goes hard! We imagine the 137.3 PPM will have you ordering this hard-core dram faster than one can say Bruichladdich. (This usually takes a while, but you get the picture.)
They also call this special series ‘The Impossible Equation,’ as it defies the laws of flavor with that elegant hard-core peat in a way. It’s made from a 2015 harvest of 100% Scottish Mainland barley and aged for 5 years in American oak. It also has a nice ‘little’ kick to it with 59.2% ABV.
Either way you flip this equation, the result remains a super-Scotch. A serious enthusiast needs one on the roster.
