An incredibly unique micro-blend of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana Bourbons.

Founded in 2014, Barrell Bourbon scoops up extra casks of premium Bourbon and Rye and bottles ‘em up at full strength. Each batch is completely different. Sometimes the coolest casks on the market are Tennessee-style Whiskeys, sometimes they’re Kentucky Bourbon. The good stuff could be straight, or it could be a finished wood. There might even be a delicious Rum somewhere in between. The point is that they find the best odd lots and "left-overs" that would more likely be tossed into a generic blend and sell it to us in all of their glory.

Barrell Bourbon Private Release D01K is part of their Private Release series that’s an exclusive collaboration with Mash&Grape. The collection focuses on micro-blending with each Bourbon blend having different ratios of Bourbons and every recipe is made only once. In other words, these expressions are seriously unique.

Barrell Bourbon Private Release D01K is a blend of Bourbons from Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana that begins with nutmeg and dark cherries aromas that develop into walnut and caramel flavors on the palate. The finish is insanely long with cinnamon, vanilla, and toasted oak.
