Umenoyado Brewery is located in Katuragi City, near Nara, in Japan, a.k.a. "The Birthplace of Sake". Yoshida Family has been running the award-winning Sake brewery for 5 generations and today, the place is headed by Kayo Yoshida who is the first female brewery owner in Nara. The region is ideal for growing rice due to its unique climate with temperature extremes and fertile soil. They source the soft pure water from the underground springs.

Awayuki Strawberry Flavored Japanese Gin is distilled from 100% grain. It’s infused with pink and white strawberries that come from a farm in the region — the only one that holds the license for these precious and rare strawberries. Awayuki, White Pearl, and Kotoka Strawberries are hand-grown and these berries are famous all over the world for their luscious sweet flavors, distinct rich aromas, and their perfect glossy color.
