Interesting Alternative to Mezcal/Smoky Sotols

A friend turned me on to Sotol recently and I wasn't really loving them. Too much smoke, like Mezcal (which I don't like). I read about Acronimo and gave it a try. Much more complex than the others and just a hint of smoke, which came across as a flavor layer rather than a punch in the face. Gonna try this in a Negroni.
