Acrónimo Sotol Blanco is crafted from wild Dasylirion plants, roasted in earthen pits, and naturally fermented, drawing flavors from local crops like chili and apples. Distilled by a fifth-generation Maestro Sotolero, it embodies Chihuahua's essence with notes of herbal earthiness, pepper, and citrus. This award-winning spirit stands as a testament to authentic Mexican tradition.
