  • Mash bill: 78% Corn, 13% Rye, 9% Malted Barley
  • Aged 8 years in American oak barrels
  • Bottled at 94 proof (47% ABV)
  • Volume: 750ml

APPEARANCE: Rich amber with golden highlights.

NOSE & PALATE: Toffee and brown sugar open the nose, with soft vanilla and caramel sweetness. Toasted oak adds depth, while cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove bring warm baking spice, rounded by a subtle toasted cereal note.

FINISH: A smooth, lingering finish of caramelized sugar and toasted oak, with echoes of cinnamon and clove fading slowly into a warm, gently spiced sweetness.
