Refund Policy

Cancelling your Membership

You may cancel your Membership within 3-days after becoming a member for a full refund by completing the cancellation process found on your Membership page. Any benefits used during this period will be withheld from the refund.
After the 3-day grace period, cancellation requests will result in Membership renewal prevention—it will remain active until the end of the prepaid period.
The same rules, time limitations, and refund eligibility options also apply for Membership renewals.
Any product incentives to join Flaviar are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Pausing your Membership

You may choose to pause your Membership. This option is also available via the website cancellation process. Pausing will prevent your Membership from renewing at the end of your prepaid period. Membership will then lie dormant for a quarter, at which point it will automatically renew.

Store Purchases

If we don't deliver your goods within two months from when the order was placed, we will refund your payment in full. This does not apply to preorders and unique releases.
You can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase by contacting us at support@flaviar.com, provided it hasn't shipped. If an order has shipped cancellation is no longer possible.
Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to a change of heart or taste. For more information please visit our Shipping and Returns Policy.
Non-returnable and non-refundable purchases: personalized items (e.g., engraved), all items from our "Vault" store, all presales, special releases, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise.
