Not your usual Rye.
Founded by Paul Cirka in 2014, this distillery strives to make the finest Whisky in Canada. In the meantime, they also produce other fine white Spirits. Quebec's first grain to bottle distillery and one of the first in Canada, they’ve won several international awards and they’re known for producing some of the finest craft Spirits, especially Whisky.
Cirka Whisky No. 3 is a 4YO rye Whisky that’s crafted from 93% local Quebec rye and 7% German chocolate malted rye. It was finished in 30YO Olorosso sherry casks that came all the way from Spain. This one is non-chill filtered, which is why is so bold and complex. It’s quite different from other Rye Whiskies you’ve probably tried, so you can impress your non-Rye forward friends as well.
