Morgan
Morgan,
Complex but very, very oaky given the age. I’m also somewhat new to the bourbon game so I’ll revisit it down the road. Edit: I’ve had a chance to let my palate evolve and now this is absolutely delicious to me.

Dan,
Love the oak, sweet, just a little heat. This one is really solid.

Preston
Preston,
Sweet vanilla ice cream and sugar cookies all the way. Just bought two more bottles...one for back-up and one for my bunker.

Aaron
Aaron,
This was really, really good. Caramel, light brown sugar, orange zest, and hints of dill (like in a rye) and molasses on the nose. Palate brought more carmelized sugar, an herbal tea like quality, and cherry. I find many bourbons to be overly sweet but this one wasn't at all. Beautifully balanced flavors that hit all the right notes and zero harshness. Mouthfeel was fantastic as well. Quite possibly the best straight bourbon I've ever had.
