Top reviews for Cognac Park Borderies Mizunara Oak Cask Finish:
― Smooth and slightly sweet with just a hint of heat at the end. Just finishing my last drop and I fully intend on purchasing again.
― This is not for cognac lovers. The flavors of Earth, wood, and spice are difficult. Almost like rye whiskey to a scotch lover. It is clear to me though, that this is one of the best ways to showcase mizunara. The cognac provides ample support, but steps out of the way to let the mizunara shine. It does not overcrowd like some of the single malt mizunara I have tried. Especially on the nose.
― This was delicious. Very warming. Great flavour with a sweet finish.
