The silky and sophisticated cocktail mixer you never knew you needed.

Eamon Rockey was the general manager and author of the beverage program at the Michelin-starred Betony Restaurant — the only North American location of the famous Maison-Dellos line of super-premium gourmet restaurants. Now he is bringing his elevated vision of superior Spirits and cocktails to the rest of us.

Rockey’s Liqueur is based on a four-hundred year-old pub favorite called "milk punch." Eamon Rockey first tasted this historic beverage at a trendy bar on the Upper East side of Manhattan. He brought it to the Betony restaurant and developed his own vision of the Spirit to the world as a premium Liqueur.

Clarified milk is infused with apple, pineapple, green and black tea, and fresh citrus. The resulting Spirit is designed to be sipped on its own or combined with the Spirit of your choice for a whole new round of innovation in the craft cocktails. Think of it like a rich Lillet Blanc or less-sweet Saint Germain with a Wine-like ABV of 12%.

Smartass Corner:
The first mention of Milk Punch occurs in a travel log of Scottish islands that appeared in print in 1688. The first known documented recipe appears is a cookbook published in 1711.

Ratings & Reviews
This was very good as it was almost a surprise when I first took my first sip. One thing I liked most about this is that it is not very sweet and not over bearing.
When opening the bottle, it has a very light sweet smell. When tasting it, only added two cubes of ice, I was very impressed that it not very over bearing on flavor. Absolutely enjoy this drink and is now part of the bar.
Has a white tea/ oolong understated sort of flavor. There is a "lemon sitting on the counter all day" sort of aftertaste that makes it weird to drink straight. But the recommendation to mix in margaritas or add a splash here or here to other drinks is solid. Prob wouldn't buy again.
Delicious with any other spirit! A cocktail in a bottle, and perfect way to make delicious drinks at home, to fit anyone’s tastes.
Really good served chilled on its own or mixed with just about anything alcoholic (dry ginger beer, vodka, bourbon, rum, wine, etc.) or non-alcoholic (seltzer, ginger ale, fruit juice, iced black or herbal tea, etc.). It's fun to splash into any fruited, tea based, or creamy cocktail to add a mystery flavor that no one will be able to guess. The pineapple, apple, and tea notes were prominent to me but they tasted fresh, real, and clean - not artificial.
