Summertime in Japan is as warm and fragrant as the Whisky made to reflect its Spirit.

Shiki Distillery is a brand new venture located in the Hyogo Prefecture, just northwest of Osaka, Japan. They are preparing to distill their own Spirits, but like most ventures in the Spirits industry, They have begun by curating Spirits from Japan’s best producers to establish a style. Their first foray in the Shiki line of four Whiskies meant to reflect the character of the four seasons in Japan.

Shunka Shuto Summer Blended Whisky is a blend of Japanese Spirits curated to deliver a specific flavor profile — one that tasted like summer. The various Whiskies were aged in white oak and married to create notes of summer florals and fruits over a backdrop of vanilla.
