Meet Danielle Leavell, the mastermind behind Astraea. This aspiring individual earned her stripes at the highly acclaimed University of Heriot-Watt in Scotland, where she graduated with a Master’s in Brewing and Distilling. An interesting career path for a born and bred Seattleite, one that certainly paid off!

But Danielle didn’t stop there; she used her newfound knowledge to unleash a mythical variety of London Dry Gins. With a fascination for botanicals, she crafted a range of nature-inspired tipples named after a different natural element. And let’s just say, the names alone will have you feeling closer to Mother Nature in no time!

Astraea Meadow London Dry Gin captures the joyous moment you discover a hidden meadow on your forest walk. Finding no one there, you feel as if it were your own sanctuary, at least for a moment. You stand still, look around, and wonder how joint stillness and vibrancy can coexist simultaneously. Astraea’s Meadow Gin bottles up that moment, with soft and floral flavors, alongside bright citrus accents, which are transported to the flowery aromas of chamomile and lemon verbena.
