Oola Distillery been crafting premium Vodkas, Gins, and Whiskeys in Seattle since 2010, going through over 200,000 pounds of grain each year. This makes the Oola facility the second largest independently-owned distillery in Washington state.

Their lineup includes: Vodka, Citrus Vodka, Rosemary Vodka, Chili Pepper Vodka, Gin, Waitsburg Barrel-Finished Gin, Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey (and a rare release of the Cask Strength version of the Waitsburg Bourbon), Smoked Whiskey, Three Shores Whiskey, Three Shores Black Label Whiskey, and Discourse C.

All about OOLA distillery

Oola Distillery was founded by Kirby Kallas-Lewis in Seattle's Capitol Hill Neighborhood.

All grains for their Spirits are sourced from two organic farms in Eastern Washington. Once the ingredients arrive at the distillery, they are milled and mashed before being distilled through Kirby's copper-pot still.

They feature a pretty diverse portfolio of really unique Vodkas, Gins and Whiskeys. Following distillation, their Bourbons are matured in small, American white oak casks that are subjected to large temperature swings of up to 50-70° each day.
