So take notes, you Romeos and Juliets, because we have a sure path to your significant other’s heart. Cocktails. We mixed flavorful Spirits with sugar, spice, and everything nice to bring you special Valentine’s love potions and help you get intoxicated with each other.
 

1. Between the Sheets

Valentine’s Day is around the corner, and the pressure is on. But don’t worry. We have something extra for you. Enter Frérot Extra, a Flaviar Original Cognac from Grande Champagne aged for decades and carefully blended into the most sophisticated Hors d’Age Spirit. We bet its rich and complex characters will enchant your and your loved one’s palate.

 

INGREDIENTS: 

*Makes two cocktails 
2 oz. White Rum
2 oz. Orange Liqueur  (like Triple Sec or Cointreau) 
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into coupe glasses. Garnish with a flamed orange peel. Enjoy before play. 
 

2. Tropical Romance

INGREDIENTS: 

1 bar spoon Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Stir all ingredients together over ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Enjoy it while it lasts.
 

3. Tainted Love

If you’re looking to add some spice to the usual chocolate-flowers-dinner combo, make sure to stock your home bar with Corn Trooper.

4. Peat’s Treat (Partner of a Peat)

5. Sephina 75

Sephina is a mix of VSOP cognac and fortified wine, which made it perfect for this twist on the classic French 75.
 


 

INGREDIENTS: 

1 oz Sephina
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
3 oz champagne
 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients except for champagne. Shake until chilled, strain into a glass, top with champagne and enjoy!
