What Do You Do with the Best Bar In the World? You Close It.

Ryan Chetiyawardana, aka Mr. Lyan, has become a household name in the space of Spirits and Bars. Last year, his groundbreaking cocktail bar in London, Dandelyan, was awarded "World's Best Bar". Then he decided to close it and reboot it as Lyaness. We visited him to find out why he would do that.
