How to make the Tom Collins cocktail?


Ingredients

- 2 oz Old Tom Gin
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Soda water
- Ice
- Lemon wheel, to garnish
- Maraschino cherry, to garnish

How to?

1. Put Gin, lemon juice and syrup into a Collins glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice, top with soda water and stir.
3. Garnish with a cherry and lemon.
