The Macnamara Rum Finish Blended is a double-matured Whisky that’s been bathing for a year in Guyana Rum casks rather than in the traditional Bourbon or Sherry barrels.

The distinctive Rum heritage has helped it to acquire a bouquet of sweet spiced Rum, fruit and oranges in harmony with its notes of malt.

Compared to a classic Scotch it has a creamy finish as well as a sweet edge on the tongue.

Macnamara Rum Finish Blended is produced by The Gaelic Whisky Company located on the idyllic Sleat peninsula on the Isle of Skye. Established in 1976, it is one of the few remaining family run businesses of the Scotch Whisky industry. As with most of their other whiskies, the Rum Finish Blended is also unchillfiltered.
