A well-balanced Mezcal, made from two types of agave.

This beloved Mezcal brand was named in a pretty straightforward manner. Meet The Producer. Honoring everyone who creates, inspires, and takes pride in the precious details that make things unique, The Producer wanted to create a quality Mezcal for consumers of all backgrounds with a passion for Mezcal. If you take a look at their minimalist bottle design, you’ll be immediately transported to small villages in Oaxaca. This is a premium, authentic Mezcal for the average consumer who is only learning about the nuances of Mezcal as well as for the more learned Mezcal aficionado.

Producer Mezcal Ensamble is crafted from a combination of two types of agave by Maestro Erasto Martinez in Tlacolula de Matamoros in Oaxaca, Mexico. Maguey Espadin is harvested after 6 years while maguey Cuishe matures after 9 years. Both are fermented naturally for 8 days in open air and crushed by a stone tahona before being distilled in copper pot stills. Bottled at 40.2% ABV, this authentic expression releases aromas and flavors of citrus, smoke, green, floral, and mineral notes. The finish is dry and earthy. Sip neat, on the rocks, or in a tasty cocktail!

4.3 is where this should be. a solid B to B+

If you haven’t had Mezcal, start here. Easy to drink, would make a delicious smokey marg, Mezcal old fashioned for example. There is nothing too overwhelming for super tasters.
Sipping on this though is honestly where I love it.
Smooth, the smoke level is appealing to someone that hasn’t journeyed into these beautiful spirits.
It is sweet without being fake, it is balanced with no over powering notes.
Floral, smokey(lite), dry finish, and leaves me wanting another
