We stand a mindfully created selection of Spirits with a clear concept. You already love Lock Stock & Barrel for all its well-aged and Rye-forward Whiskies from the Cooper Spirits, but what will make you fall for this 111 Proof Spirit?
Everything. Starting with a pitch black bottle, the koji-fermented 100% Rye grain, the double distillation, the copper pots, the American oak, and the cold maturation (Oh, Canada). If not that, the fact that this is possibly the oldest, but definitely one of the oldest Ryes out there should get you excited enough to try it.
It packs pleasant heat and smokiness but doesn’t overwhelm the palate—a true masterpiece from 1999.
