Appleton-branded liquid gold has been in constant production here since 1749. Appleton Estate sits in the Nassau Valley of Jamaica — an amazing rain forest with steeply domed hills and narrow valleys filled with some of the finest "terra rosa" soils on the planet. Recently, the distillery celebrated its 250th anniversary. Impressive, we know. For the occasion, Master Blender Joy Spence created this beauty. Appleton Estate 8 Year Old Reserve Rum is a blend of pot and column still rums that are all matured for at least 8 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica. This cherished bottle starts off spicy and fruity but the palate is packed with vanilla, holiday spice, and orange peel flavors. Your Mai Tais are about to reach the next levels.
