No matter how you feel about labels, the one on this fine and rare bottle feels like a love letter. Love is patient, and this dram is thoroughly soaked in it after the 20 years long nap it took in newly charred oak barrels.
Hand-selected by the late Spirits superstar Robert J. Cooper and sourced from Alberta Distillers Ltd., this Rye has a unique mash bill of 100% rye grain and is bottled at 112 proof. Safe to say, this sip is luxurious, complex, well balanced. It’s so damn fine, and it comes with a black bottle to protect the treasure inside from the light.
