This Whiskey was made to broaden your horizons

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? It’s Superman?! … Oh close enough - it’s Kisher Chokshi from Xplorer, a man whose life mission is to help those in need, a licensed pilot, a scientist with knowledge of medicine and business, a globetrotter who - finally reached the pinnacle of his life adventure when he, together with his daughter Nicky, founded Xplorer Spirits. In Kilimanjaro distillery in Allentown, Pennsylvania, they are pouring all of their craftsmanship and adventures into their small batch artisan Spirits, producing one winner after another. Xplorer Spirits are made from local ingredients, following “from grain to glass” ideology, and are distilled 12 times (!) to ensure the smoothest profile imaginable. What’s more, Xplorer is revitalizing the local economy, donating a percentage of profits for clean drinking water, and just doing other Superman stuff.

Here’s an adventure for you - we present an Xplorer Peanut Butter Whiskey! This Spirit is a work of great craftsmanship, a surprisingly well-balanced Spirit with pronounced flavors of caramel and roasted nuts that is not too oily and rich. This small batch Whiskey is made exclusively from corn, rye, and malt from North America, and distilled a dozen times in a copper pot still, this Whiskey has a finish that is as smooth as a baby's bottom. Bottled at ABV of 35%, this dreamy Spirit is a perfect treat that you can very well enjoy simply as a nice, creamy, not-too-sweet dessert at the end of your meal.

Rye Whiskey is made from mash that is at least 51 percent rye. The grain gives Rye Whiskey its spicy, sometimes peppery, and bitter flavor. It was a big seller before Prohibition, and after decades in obscurity, it’s fashionable again. Fun fact: George Washington distilled Rye Whiskey at Mount Vernon.
Bourbon rules refer to manufacturing methods rather than location. Bourbon must be matured in new and charred American white oak casks for at least 2 years. If the bottle has no age statement, the Bourbon is at least 4 years old. No coloring or flavoring of any type is allowed, and the mash bill must contain at least 51% corn.
Tennessee Whiskey closely parallels Bourbon, but final filtering through sugar-maple charcoal (called the Lincoln County Process) is what some producers say differentiates them. Tennessee Whiskey’s finish is sweeter and smoother than Bourbon.
An un-aged American Whisky is often called “white dog.”Sour Mash is the fermentation process by which a percentage of a previous fermentation is added to a new batch as a "starter" to get the fermentation going and maintain a level of consistency from batch to batch. A sweet mash means that only fresh yeast is added to a new batch to start fermentation.
Moonshine Whiskey is distilled from a varied mix of corn and sugar and is aged in Mason jars and jugs for the length of time it takes the customers to get home.
